Michail Tsakountis

Michail Tsakountis is a Greek painter from Heraklion, Crete. He studied painting at the School of Fine Arts in Athens and mixed media painting at Central Saint Martins College of Arts and Design in London.

His work has been exhibited in galleries across the UK, USA, and cities throughout the world, including at the Leslie-Lohman Museum of Art in New York.

My urge to fully understand, communicate and love the 'Other' is the real reason I paint human faces.
